Fcmi covenant Believing the Lord has united us in the Body of Christ and in this fellowship, to supply one another that which the other may lack, or that which may be deem necessary for the another to reach their full potential and destiny in Christ, and to intercede for one another for spiritual revelation and wisdom that we may hear the Lord, be obedient to His Word, and respond to His voice and calling: We voluntarily commit ourselves to work together in covenant relationship for mutual support, encouragement and accountability as the Lord leads and enables us as brothers and sisters in Christ; We commit ourselves by His grace, to assume the responsibility to encourage, exhort, rebuke, comfort, admonish and intercede for our family in Christ; In the love of Jesus, we seek the growth and maturity of each member until we all come to maturity in Christ; We further submit to one another in the Lord, being ready to receive from Him, through the family, what which He would provide; We commit ourselves to develop our relationships in whatever ways and by whatever mean become open to us; and To maintain peace between us by refraining from speaking ill of our brothers or sisters when there is conflict, and to seek to resolve disagreement in love and by face-to-face conversation, in accordance with the Scriptures; Further, we commit ourselves to the Scriptural teaching of discipline and restoration, and invite our FCMI family to pursue our wholeness in Christ’s love when necessary, until repentance and restoration to the faith is fully accomplished. May the Lord cause the bands of love to be forged and strengthened as we pursue His eternal purposes for each of us, and the Church Universal, so that we may stand together as a strong defense for our family as we grow in grace, and the knowledge of the Lord.
